Vuelta a la rutina sin caos: Cómo puedes conseguirlo

Getting back to routine without chaos: How you can achieve it

Getting back into your routine after the holidays can be a challenge. After days of relaxation, sun and fun, it's normal to feel a little overwhelmed at the thought of resuming daily responsibilities. However, with good organization, you can make this transition much easier and more enjoyable. Here are some practical tips to help you get going without stress. Let's get to it! 💪

1. Clean up and organize your space 🧹

Before you get back into your routine, take some time to tidy up your home. A clean and organized environment will help you feel more prepared to tackle daily tasks. Do a quick review of what you no longer need: clothes you don't wear, papers piled up, objects that just take up space. Getting rid of the unnecessary will give you a feeling of renewal and allow you to start off with energy.

Extra Tip : Organize your spaces by zones and set up a small calendar to keep things tidy. For example, dedicate one day to the kitchen, another to the bedrooms, etc. You'll see how your mood improves when you have everything in its place! 📅

2. Create an effective cleaning routine 🧽

A clean house is synonymous with peace of mind. To avoid feeling overwhelmed by cleaning, it is essential to establish a routine. You can make a weekly calendar where you distribute the tasks so that they do not accumulate. This will allow you to keep your house in order without dedicating too many hours to it at once.

My Tip : In my e-book on home organization, I show you how to simplify and streamline daily tasks so you have more free time and less stress. It's worth checking out! 📘

3. Plan your meals in advance 🍽️

The kitchen is one of the areas where you can waste the most time if you're not organized. To avoid the stress of thinking "what should I cook today?", I recommend planning your menus weekly or monthly. Not only will this save you time, but it will also help you make smarter purchases and avoid food waste.

Batch Cooking : A technique that will save you during the week is batch cooking. Spend a couple of hours on the weekend preparing meals or basic ingredients that you can use in several recipes. This way, you will only need a few minutes to have dinner ready. 🍲

Take advantage of sales : Check out supermarket promotions and plan your meals around them. It's a great way to save money while maintaining a varied and healthy diet.

4. Get back to your habits little by little 🚶‍♀️

Don't feel obligated to resume all your habits at once. It's normal that after a period of rest, it will be harder to continue with your usual routines. Start with small steps: resume your sleep schedule, gradually return to exercise, and reintroduce the activities you enjoy most.

Remember : The key is to be consistent, but without demanding too much of yourself. Enjoy the process of getting back into the routine!
