3 ways to clean fruits and vegetables

Don't eat fruit and vegetables without disinfecting them first! Today I'll tell you 3 easy ways to disinfect them, take note:
1. With baking soda. You should put the fruit and vegetables in water with baking soda (1 tablespoon of baking soda for each liter of water) and let it sit for 10 minutes. Then add the fruit and rinse well.
2. Use bleach suitable for disinfecting drinking water. BE CAREFUL with this option, there are different types of bleach and you must check carefully that it is water suitable for disinfecting drinking water. You will see the instructions on the bottle, you must dilute a certain amount of bleach (measured with the cap) for each litre of water. As in the previous option, let the fruit and vegetables sit in this water with bleach and then rub and rinse well.
3. Specific disinfectants for fruit and vegetables. The one I know best is Amukina, which works exactly the same as all the above: we dilute the amount of product in the indicated amount of water, wait 15 minutes in this case and rinse with water.
